Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that clay packs are protected from puncture or pressure during transit.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
